Insurance Level: Enhanced insurance coverage can be arranged by us if your load is of particularly high value.
Services Chosen: Whether full-service packing, storage, or IT relocation is required.
Time Sensitivity: Moves scheduled with tight deadlines may incur higher fees.
Bespoke transportation/storage solutions: Design and construction of crates or protective enclosures for sensitive equipment, specialised vehicles, temporary storage, secure overnight vehicle parking locations during long distance jobs are all part of our service offering. These elements all potentially contribute to the cost of a job

During a survey we would ideally visit the pick up and drop off sites to assess; building access what you are moving and discuss other requirements you may have. This allows us to provide an accurate quote and also to begin formulate a plan to meet your needs.

In any move there are bound to be complications, no matter how simple the job or experienced the the team. If something goes wrong during your move we will address the issue promptly and ensure that your move is covered by the appropriate level of insurance to protect against damage, loss, or misplacement of items.

For urgent moves or last-minute requests we can potentially offer expedited services, though this may involve additional costs. This said the earlier a move is planned, the better, allowing us to anticipate any potential roadblocks or logistical problems ahead of time.
